Mockingjay Part 2 Packaging and Print Campaign

We were very proud to work on the packaging and print for the UK Home Entertainment release of Mockingjay Part 2. The 4-film franchise came to a stunning close with a full set of collectible Home Entertainment options, including metallic embossed o-rings, lenticulars and SteelBooks, all lovingly worked up by the Name Team. JCVD’s über-classic KICKBOXER packs even more of a punch on SteelBook. We refreshed the iconic movie for Lionsgate’s re-release with original creative which had fans very excited on forums. We also created contemporary packaging for the standard DVD and Blu-ray.

You And The Night

As if a film featuring the eclectic charms of Eric Cantona and Beatrice Dalle wasn’t tempting enough! The original artwork for Peccadillo’s You And The Night has a delicate ethereal theme beautifully linking the various formats, from the stylised Limited Edition artwork featuring original illustrations which evolved from the existing One Sheet, through to the original double sided key art for the main release.

The Hunger Games – Catching Fire

It was with great excitement that we received the brief for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire at the end of last year. Having created a very successful campaign creative for the original Hunger Games in 2012, it was set to be a wonderful challenge to produce a campaign even more memorable. Working closely with the brilliant team at Lionsgate, seven different skus were produced as well as outdoor, press and digital advertising. Hunger Games goes from strength to strength and we’re incredibly proud to be a part of it.

Great Expectations

Get swept away with a pitch perfect example of great British film talent. We’ve loved working on Great Expectations, the fab film adaptation of the Dickens classic starring Helena Bonham Carter and Ralph Fiennes.

We developed new artwork for the DVD packaging to give the film a fresh yet sumptuous lift. The extensive marketing campaign also included some gorgeous press ads, outdoor 6 sheets and a theatre foyer poster. The results have really broadened the appeal of this British classic.

The Expendables 2

Following from the huge success of  Lionsgate’s The Expendables in 2010, we were excited to work on the explosion-fest The Expendables 2.  We were tasked with injecting the tongue-in-cheek brand with a cool contemporary action theme for strong appeal to gifters as well as fans.

Alongside the trade-wide key art and a hard as nails steelbook we also created a double pack with the original – no mean feat with 20 larger than life action legends to fit on! We carried this through to 6 sheets and national press and having taken the creative up a level in slick action appeal, we were pleased to see The Expendables 2 selling phenomenally well in the run up to Christmas.
